I saw you two weeks ago, participating in your 3 hour review.
Prior that that review, I’ve been experiencing pronounced – often debilitating – backpain
for nine months. In that period of time I’ve consulted with several back doctors at the
well known HSS in New York; a handful of PTs; a handful of manual therapists; acupuncture; etc, etc.Having completed the McGill Method I have a dramatically improved understanding
of how to maintain neutral back. This is true for basic positions like sitting, and also true
for more complicated positions involved in sports.I appreciate the big 3 exercises and have found a nearly immediate improvement from
performing them daily.You are a pro. I appreciated the zoom call we had prior to the 3 hour session. I also
appreciated your follow-up today, during which time I was reminded of a few important points I was likely to have otherwise forgotten.I will be recommending you to others with back pain.
