Dr. McGill, thank you so much for advertising where you have McGill Certified Master Clinicians! I have always checked your website and thankfully saw an Instagram post of Dr. Tiltmann seeing people in Austin, TX and got to see him that same week. I read Back Mechanic and Gift of Injury, and while I was still able to lift and keep pain to a tolerable level for a few years, I’ve still had some missteps here and there and never been able to fully heal. The assessment dove into the finer details that I never knew about. I definitely needed it to be able to identify my instability and give me the tools to feel better. It’s been 3 days since the assessment and I’ve been able to avoid small dull pains and normal mistakes outside of the gym that have plagued me for years that I couldn’t recognize on my own or just with the books. Dr. Tiltmann was very professional, prompt, understood my issues and gave me the experience I was looking for and knew I could trust. I finally have full confidence that I can get back to my best thanks to Dr. Tiltmann. Thank you both for the work you do in providing world class service and information, it’s been a 6 year journey trying to figure these things out.
Best,
